Arthur Freke Evans seems to be a sleeping partner! I found very little about him. The Twickenham Museum records him living at Abbotsford Villas, 44 Pope’s Avenue in 1930. Were it not for the 1857 entry on the same site, “... built to lease by Thomas Jackson, protégé of Sir Charles Freake” I might have believed that it was a different person. Arthur is mentioned in the wonderful London Gazette, 1913 as the executor of a will and in 1944 along with Claire Green Freake as a lawful attorney re the estate of Harry Thomas Sinclair Green, a retired Bank Manager from Jersey.
