Although I don’t actively support any political party, I have my views on various issues. I think that getting your view published in the media achieves a lot, so I try to sound off whenever possible. This site is one example of that, especially my Comment page. I decided to preserve my wisdom for posterity here.
I also contribute to various programmes on BBC Radio London, BBC Radio Two and the heavily moderated BBC Have Your Say site, which asks for comments on various topics of the day. Unpublished comments are not listed here.
These were all used in some form.

DEBATE:
How important is free speech on the internet?
Try to imagine the Internet in fifty years' time. It is unimaginable to think that it will be the spam-, porn-, and scam-ridden unregulated hotch-potch that it currently is. There is far to much freedom, far too much anonymity and far to much lawlessness. ISPs should regulate their customers, countries should regulate their own domains, and an international regulatory body should have the last say.
